    It’s Summer and you need to get outside more!  CFO is starting a series of hikes, the first being the one in Idyllwild.

    CrossFIT By Overload Idyllwild Hike

    Meet at CFO @ 6 am and caravan.  Will hike in the am and have lunch in town.  Approximate return time is 3 pm.  This event is not kid friendly for younger children.  Please stay tuned for other fun family events!
